Since last week was Spring Break down here in Texas, I failed to post a One Word Wednesday. =(
To make up for it, I am posting 2 words this week! =)
(actually, I asked Adaryll to help me with a word and we couldn't choose between these two, so last week's hiatus is my excuse to not have to make a decision)

For Bracket-Love the madness that first week of March Madness, but once my alma mater was out, I have not paid any attention.
But for knuckles-Brass, or Dry this alternating warm and cold weather business is wreaking havoc on my skin.
Bracket... oh, 4 years of braces and getting those sores in my mouth from those darn brackets.
knuckle.. possibly one of the most fun words to say... along with nugget!!
One week ago today, the word "bracket" represented hope, anticipation, and excitement. As of Sunday evening, it once again returned to its usual meaning for me...despair, disappointment, and defeat (and that's after only two rounds!).
Knuckles...I got nothin.
great job so far! i never had cracked, bloody knuckles until Indiana. It's not really the cold outside that did it- it was running the stinkin heater and drying out the inside air. and it really is just a fun word to say!
and i have never done well at march madness brackets- adaryll, on the otherhand, tends to dominate every pool he enters.
knuckles.
currently, that makes me want to stomp my feet and flail on the ground like a kid having a fit cause they can't have what they want.
and maybe yell and ask why.

White Knuckles happen when you are watching your team come close to losing their Bracket, only to pull it off in the last 30sec. of the game!! Whoo Hoo, Go Duke!!
Bracket - As a good dad, I had to show Elias the joy of filling out a NCAA bracket this year. He predicted some bold upsets that almost came true. MY boy!
Knuckles - I didn't realize it annoys some people when I "pop"/"Crack" my knuckles in public. It's a coping mechanism for me. I do it to calm myself down...but then I realize it upsets some people...then i won't do it sometimes...then I just get more upset...argh, knuckles!
i hate knuckle crackers! well, ok. maybe i don't hate them but that sound certainly does make me cringe. i didn't know this about you, adaryll. hmmmm.

for real! i'm sure that my "annoying things people do" list is completly, unreasonably long, but cracking knuckles is definitely up towards the top.
Of course, in another world, cracking knuckles might be a good thing. :)
